CASHIER-DIETARY

POSITION SUMMARY The cashier is responsible for maintaining accurate cash records; receiving, disbursing, and recording of all cash transactions. The cashier will greet each customer in a polite and positive manner and assist in finding items in the cafeteria. The cashier will be responsible for restocking the cafeteria area with foods and supplies, along with maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Will demonstrate an understanding of all patient populations served. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required None Educational Requirements Able to read and write Able to follow oral and written directions 16 years or age or older Experience Requirements Previous cash handling and food service experience is preferred, but not required Special Skills or Training Requirements Excellent customer service and cash handling skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Location: Trinity Health · NUTRITION SERVICES Schedule: Part Time, Varies
