🚨 Hiring: Accountant (Mid-Level) | Miami, FL | On-SiteWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing finance team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build and expand their accounting experience, especially within the healthcare space.What you’ll be doing: • Process and prepare pharmacy invoices, payments, and receipts • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate Excel schedules • Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliations • Support daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities • Collaborate with the finance team on ad hoc projects and reportingWhat we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Associate’s required; healthcare experience is a plus) • Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Sage Intacct preferred) • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Team player with excellent communication skills • Eager to learn and grow within accounting/financeSchedule: 🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📍 On-site role in MiamiIf you’re looking for your next step in accounting and want to be part of a supportive team, send me a message or apply directly!
