A customer service representative will act as a liaison and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Theyre patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they dont have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesManage large amounts of incoming callsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersQualifications:Previous xevrcyc experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to work at least 15 hours minimum per weekAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis position is currently only open for individuals authorized to work in the United States.
