We're seeking a motivated Cleaning Technician to perform restoration services, maintain equipment, and support project teams from start to finish.Primary ResponsibilitiesRestoration & Project SupportInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project; maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setupPerform restoration processes as directedPack out and process customer contents (furniture, clothing, documentation, etc.)Track customer contents using ICAT systemsCommunicate with supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processesPerform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites orderlyMaintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain warehouse, office, and grounds as assignedDevelop expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipmentOther duties as assignedCustomer Support & CommunicationMaintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, teammates, and customersSupport a positive customer experience by delivering quality work consistentlyRequirementsExperience & Skill SetExperience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferredStrong work ethic and oral communication skillsCustodial or housekeeping experience preferredAbility to pass a background check (as allowed by law)Education & CredentialsHigh school diploma or GED preferredIICRC certifications preferredSkills / Physical Demands / CompetenciesAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistanceAbility to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periodsAbility to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objectsAbility to work with or around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state as neededCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive payPaid trainingCareer progression opportunitiesPersonal and professional developmentAnd more!Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
