This role focuses on hunting, strategic account development, and driving multi-year, multi-solution deals.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand GlobalLogic's industry solutions and service offerings and clearly articulate the value proposition to Enterprise Networking & Security ISVsDevelop prospecting strategies and establish relationships with strategic target accountsIdentify customer pain points and map GlobalLogic solutions to business needsIdentify industry trends and growth opportunities within the Enterprise Networking & Security domainBuild and execute a hunting plan to consistently meet or exceed revenue targetsCollaborate cross-functionally to develop proposals, orchestrate end-to-end sales cycles, and improve deal closure successWork with ecosystem partners to build compelling joint solutions and increase transactional velocityLead sales campaigns enabling multi-year and multi-solution engagementsAccurately forecast opportunities and consistently deliver against forecastsProvide regular updates to leadership in line with internal processesRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience sellingDigital Engineering / IT Consulting serviceswithin the Enterprise Networking & Security ISV industryExperience managing Enterprise Network Provider accounts (preferred)Strong executive-level network and existing industry relationshipsProven ability to independently manage the full sales lifecycle and own quotaDemonstrated history of exceeding sales targetsStrong consultative sales experienceConsistent use of repeatable and structured sales processesExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong listening, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesUnderstanding of modern software engineering frameworks and patternsHigh technical aptitude with a passion for technology salesAnalytical, logical, and strategic thinkerProficiency with CRM tools, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Salesforce preferred)Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team playerWillingness to continuously learn and adaptStrong conflict resolution skillsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceCustomer Relationship ManagementAccount ManagementMarketing & SalesSelection Process4 rounds of interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr
