Plusses:Local to Olive Branch MS Day to Day:Lead technical efforts supporting the launch of a new electric Power Take-Off (ePTO) product.Develop a deep understanding of the overall ePTO system, including electrical, mechanical, and control components, and how they interact.Program, configure, and validate the ePTO controller to ensure proper system performance across applications.Analyze and manage system dynamics between product subsystems to optimize functionality, efficiency, and reliability.Support integration of the ePTO system with customer vehicles, ensuring compatibility with vehicle architectures and operating requirements.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand application needs, particularly within the industrial work truck market.Assist with troubleshooting, validation, and refinement of system performance during development, testing, and early production phases.Provide technical support and documentation related to system configuration, integration, and operation.
