Early Learning Assistant

## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Early Learning Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and child development, with experience in Kumon method as an assistant, parent or former student. ## Duties - Work in team with other Early Learning assistants to help students develop number sense and phonics skills. - Support teachers in creating engaging lesson plans. - Provide individualized lessons to students. - Collaborate with all team members to continually enhance student learning experience. - Monitor and track student progress and behavior - Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment -Perfect opportunity for college students studying education or retired teachers. ## Skills - Experience working with children in a preschool or private school setting - Strong collaboration and time management skills - Proficiency in math and reading relevant to early childhood education -Willingness to learn and teach through Kumon method If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and possess the skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Kumon Early Learning Assistant.
