Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals are completed cleanup of the dining hall and dishes.Essential FunctionsAssist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulationsPreparing and serving beveragesSetting up and passing trays for meal serviceStocking snack cartBussing of tables and traysCleaning the kitchen work areaDishwashingFollow proper handwashing guidelinesAdditional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director
