About the Role Job Title: Project Manager Key Responsibilities Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution. Manage end-to-end delivery of Marketing Cloud initiatives for Healthcare clients. Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, IT, and marketing teams to gather and refine requirements.. Oversee campaign management, journey builds, automation workflows, segmentation, and integrations. Coordinate with data engineering teams on healthcare data sources (EHR/CRM systems, claims data, member data, etc.). Identify and remove blockers while proactively managing risks and dependencies. Translate healthcare business requirements into user stories and technical tasks. Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource planning. Provide leadership updates and ensure alignment with business and regulatory objectives. Contribute hands-on during solution design discussions and troubleshooting when required. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master. Proven experience managing Marketing Cloud projects. Experience working with Healthcare clients (Payers, Providers, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.). Solid knowledge of marketing automation workflows, integrations, APIs, and data management. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills. Desired Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications Location Remote Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $58-$60 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
