Rack/HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service Technician

Please note the following: Take RWC in Dallas, TX to the next level. Follow the PM checklist. Carry out pre-approved PM repairs. Help with service calls when not working on PM tasks. Provide support on duty roster during peak season. Ensure high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Represent the company in a polite and professional manner with customers. Keep track of RWC's materials and equipment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date time cards. Resolve some technical issues. Control job costs (limit un-billable hours, minimize callbacks). Complete PM work within the allotted time. Maintain a clean and professional work appearance.
