Personal Lines Account Manager

Soderberg Insurance Services is looking for Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team in Lynnfield, MA. Schedule: In- person Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00. DescriptionYou will work as a member of a team of experienced, talented and passionate Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Advisors. that provide outstanding service to our Clients. Below are some of the responsibilities that this role will have regularly: Manage a book of business of existing clientsDocument information in our internal client database (TAM)Assist with policy changes and cancellationsAssist with preparing quotes, and presenting quotes to clients/prospectsProcess client paymentsFollow-up on client paymentsWork directly with our Insurance carrier partners and clients RequirementsThe successful candidate will be, self-motivated and be proactive in handling responsibilities. The candidate will be passionate for providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have the following traits/experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in personal lines specifically for an independent insurance agencyAbility to prioritize your work everyday, and complete top priorities on-timeAbility to learn and adapt to technology quicklyOpen to receiving regular constructive feedback relating to your performanceMust have a very friendly, positive and upbeat personalityA true passion for providing outstanding customer service at all timesStrong tendency to always exceed expectationsSignificant ability to multi-task detailed and complex workExperience using Applied TAM would be a bonusThe passion for growing into a leadership position
