Customer Service and Package Shipping Associate

We are hiring friendly and hard-working team members for full-time and part-time positions. Experience preferred, but will also train. POS/Sales and customer service skills are helpful. Counter and cash register assistance for customers shipping and receiving packages. Packing and shipping goods and packages for customers. Organizing and storing boxes and packages for pick-up by shipping services. Receiving and putting away boxing, packing materials, and supply orders. Ability to lift 50 lbs. As a Customer Service and Package Shipping Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for handling customer interactions at the counter, and you will ensure accurate and timely package shipments. Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service will be key to providing a positive experience for our customers.
