This opportunity offers an outstanding balance of clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and lifestyle flexibility in a highly desirable market with no state income tax.New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be supported in building a successful practice.Practice HighlightsPractice Model: General Otolaryngology (fellowship-trained candidates welcome)Patient Population: ~90% adult (all ages accepted; physician may shape scope of practice)Schedule: 4.5 days per weekCall: Light, shared call (1 week out of 7 – practice patients only)ER Call: None required (optional with stipend)Surgery: Performed at outpatient surgery centers and local hospitalsAdditional Revenue Streams: Audiology, allergy services, in-office CT scanner, hearing aid revenueTax Advantage: Nevada has no state income taxKey ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive evaluations and physical examinations for ENT-related conditionsDiagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neckPerform or assist with ENT surgical procedures, including sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, and related interventionsUtilize diagnostic imaging (including CT scans) for accurate evaluation and treatment planningManage perioperative care, post-operative follow-up, and discharge planningDocument all patient encounters accurately within EMR/EHR systemsQualificationsMD or DO degreeBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)Experience or familiarity with ENT-related imaging modalities preferredProficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Epic or similar)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsActive or eligible state medical licenseCompensation StructureW2 Employee:Base Salary: $350,000 – $400,000Competitive structure, new graduates accepted4 weeks of annual vacation1099 Independent Contractor:50% of collectionsEstimated annual earnings: $600,000 – $1,000,000+, based on productivityFlexible structureBenefitsBenefits vary based on employment structure (W2 vs. 1099)Relocation assistance availableAdditional benefits discussed during the interview processInterested?For more information or to apply, contact:
