This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare call center leadership, escalation, or health insurance team lead experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.In this position, you’ll serve as a senior-level resource handling escalated customer interactions, supporting team members, and helping resolve complex licensing and regulatory inquiries.What You’ll Be DoingManaging escalated customer service calls and complex inquiriesActing as a lead resource and escalation point for team membersResearching and resolving licensing and compliance-related issuesAssisting applicants and licensees with regulatory guidanceSupporting documentation review and record maintenanceContributing to process improvement and operational excellenceQualifications✔ 2+ years of customer service or call center experience✔ At least 1 year of healthcare call center team lead OR health insurance leadership experience✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment✔ Comfortable using multiple systems and databases simultaneouslyAdditional DetailsWork-from-home opportunityPrefer candidates in the Tallahassee, FL area in case of occasional on-site meetingsShift schedules will be 8AM–5PM or 9AM–6PMTemp-to-perm opportunity with long-term growth potentialIf you enjoy helping people, solving complex issues, and supporting a collaborative team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
