This pivotal position is focused on owning and growing revenue across various digital touchpoints, with a direct responsibility for e-commerce conversion, cross-sell performance, and overall revenue outcomes. The successful candidate will be tasked with evolving the digital experience to meet the high expectations of today's customers, who demand fast, relevant, and personalized journeys. A key aspect of the role is the pragmatic application of data and behavioral signals to design and optimize adaptive experiences that drive conversion and revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in owning web and/or email performance, with a strong background in CRO, experimentation, personalization, and web analytics as revenue enablers. They must be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, resource-limited environment and be a hands-on operator with excellent product, technical, and commercial judgment. The role requires a clear communicator who can align stakeholders and is adept at making fast, data-informed decisions. The Head of Web Revenue will be expected to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive personalization and optimization strategy, with a core focus on web and email revenue ownership, and will be directly accountable for the commercial performance of these digital surfaces.Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsEcommerceProduct Management
