Intelligent Automation combining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with advanced analytics and AI offers a significant opportunity to strengthen business capabilities. The Intelligent Process Automation Lab (IPAL) is building a team of experts dedicated to expanding delivery capacity and driving automation initiatives. This role within IPAL is responsible for supporting and maintaining automations developed on the UiPath RPA platform. Key responsibilities include enhancing existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining adherence to defined specifications. The role also involves serving as a technical lead to identify the most effective solution approaches within the UiPath environment, translating business requirements and architectural direction into scalable, high-quality solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful automation outcomes. Due to ongoing support requirements, participation in an On-Call rotation may be required.Required Job Qualifications Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.Experience in Intelligent Automation, including administering UiPath RPA solutionsKnowledge of application configuration and system setupFamiliarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and iterative developmentUnderstanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)Knowledge of Scripting Languages - PYTHONService Oriented Architecture (SOAP/REST)Knowledge of web technologies such as C# and VB.NetExperience with rapid prototyping and solution designRequirements definition and managementSystem performance monitoring and optimization experienceDemonstrated conceptual, creative, and analytical thinking abilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with code repository tools such as GitHubPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 4+ years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6+ year Information Technology experience OR 8+ years Information Technology experience.Proven ability to execute and deliver resultsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across business and teams (business stakeholders, process owners, infrastructure, analysts, developers)Experience mentoring and guiding development teamsFamiliarity with additional web technologies (HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, PHP, Ruby)Hands-on development experience with RPA platforms (UiPath or similar)3+ years of RPA development experience and 4+ years of overall IT experienceExperience creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs) aligned to best practices (modularity, reliability, maintainability, reusability)2+ years of hands-on programming experience (e.g., .NET, Java, C/C#, VB, Python, SQL, web services, or related technologies)Exposure to multiple automation environments such as desktop, web, Citrix, Salesforce, Microsoft products, mainframe, or legacy systemsKnowledge of object-oriented design principlesAbility to multitask and lead development efforts to meet delivery timelinesRelevant certifications (UiPath and/or programming languages)Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or comparable technologiesExperience within the healthcare insurance industry# LI-NV1:Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, New York, California, or Hawaii.Compensation: $92,700.00 - $167,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and locationHCSC Employment StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employment employer dedicated to providing a welcoming environment where the unique differences of our employees are respected and valued.
