This opportunity allows you to work alongside skilled aviation professionals while performing maintenance on commercial, corporate, or regional aircraft.If you are a detail-oriented mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship and aircraft safety, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company proceduresInspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace aircraft components and systemsRead and interpret maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and work instructionsComplete maintenance documentation and logbook entries accuratelyConduct routine inspections including pre-flight, post-flight, and phase inspectionsEnsure compliance with all safety and quality standardsWork collaboratively with maintenance teams and supervisors to complete projects efficientlyQualificationsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License requiredMinimum 1 year of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience preferredExperience working with commercial, regional, or corporate aircraft is a plusAbility to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematicsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced maintenance environmentMust be able to pass required background checks and drug screeningSparta Networking is an equal opportunity employer.
