Shift Manager

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations efficiently. Duties: - Manage and lead a team of employees during designated shifts - Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly - Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to maintain quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Train new staff members and conduct performance evaluations - Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals Experience: - Proficiency with Point of Sale systems - Strong knowledge of food handling protocols and inventory control practices - Ability to conduct interviews and assess potential candidates effectively - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and inventory management techniques Join our team as a Shift Manager and be part of a dynamic work environment where your leadership skills can shine!
