Director, Marketing – Growth-Focused

Job Description: Clarify and activate value positioning to drive demand and improve conversionOwn go-to-market execution aligned to revenue priorities and pipeline growthSupport sales and partnerships with campaigns, content, and tools that increase velocityBuild a repeatable growth engine through data, testing, and continuous optimizationManage core marketing platforms such as HubSpot or SalesforceMaintain campaign tracking, reporting dashboards, and lead flow processesProvide consistent reporting on marketing performance and pipeline contributionImprove data visibility and attribution over timeCoordinate development of marketing content, collateral, and messagingEnsure consistency across campaigns, website, and sales materialsTrack and manage all in-flight content and assetsManage external vendors (agencies, freelancers, contractors)Ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned to goalsMaintain documentation of vendor relationships, scope, and performancePartner closely with Sales to ensure strong communication and feedback loopsSupport leadership with insights on what's working and where to improveParticipate in planning discussions and begin contributing to broader strategyRequirements: 5-8 years of marketing experience (real estate, utility, and/or B2B preferred)Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign executionExperience working in platforms like Insightly or HubSpotComfortable owning both strategy (at a developing level) and execution (at a strong level)Experience managing vendors or small project teamsHighly organized with strong follow-through and accountabilityEagerness to grow into a senior marketing leadership roleBenefits: Direct exposure to executive leadership and company strategyOpportunity to build and shape the marketing functionClear path to a more senior leadership role as the company growsAbility to make a measurable impact on revenue
