This role owns end-to-end business performance, overseeing the full product lifecycle from strategy through marketing, packaging, production coordination, and distribution. You will operate as a true business owner, driving cross-functional execution to deliver measurable commercial growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Product & Business OwnershipOwn the full product lifecycle in the U.S. market, from strategy through in-market executionLead product direction including positioning, pricing, packaging, and assortment decisionsPartner cross-functionally to drive product readiness, production alignment, and launch executionEnsure all elements of the product ecosystem are aligned to deliver commercial successProduct & Portfolio StrategyDefine and lead U.S. product and portfolio strategy across multiple categoriesDevelop portfolio architecture including core vs. innovation, pricing tiers, and pack strategyIdentify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysisEstablish clear positioning and differentiation strategy for each categoryBuild and manage a category-level roadmap aligned with revenue and margin goalsGo-To-Market & CommercializationOwn end-to-end GTM strategy from planning through executionLead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and OperationsDevelop and execute launch strategies and channel rollout plansEnsure strong retail execution readiness including pricing, assortment, shelf strategy, and promotionsDrive distribution and velocity growth (ACV, TDP)Marketing & Brand StrategyLead product-level marketing strategy across brand, digital, and retail channelsDefine core messaging, value proposition, and content directionOversee campaign development and execution across paid, owned, and earned channelsEnsure marketing initiatives directly support sell-through and long-term brand growthDistribution, Production & Operations AlignmentDefine and execute U.S. channel strategy across Mass, Grocery, Club, Specialty, and eCommercePartner with Sales to drive retail expansion and key account strategyWork closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure production planning, inventory readiness, and supply alignmentSupport forecasting, demand planning, and operational executionEnsure alignment between product availability and market demandBusiness Performance OwnershipOwn key KPIs including revenue, margin, velocity, and market shareMonitor performance and drive data-informed decision makingManage budgets across marketing, trade, and product-related initiativesIdentify risks early and lead corrective action planningCross-Functional LeadershipServe as the central integrator across all internal functionsInfluence and align multiple stakeholders without direct authorityDrive clarity, accountability, and execution across teamsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred7+ years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, or Commercial/GTM rolesStrong CPG or food & beverage industry backgroundProven track record managing end-to-end product commercialization in the U.S. market2+ years of leadership experience, whether direct or cross-functionalDeep understanding of the U.S. retail landscape, distribution and channel strategy, marketing and brand development, and product lifecycle managementStrong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional operationsBusiness ownership mindset with execution rigor and a bias for actionFluency in KoreanMust be able to travel up to 10%PreferredExperience managing multi-category or portfolio-based businessesBackground in high-growth or scaling environmentsExperience working across product, marketing, and operations simultaneouslyStrong understanding of U.S. and Korean cultural trends; familiarity with K-pop culture and culturally relevant consumer engagement is a strong plusWork EnvironmentThis is a fully on-site position based at our Irvine, CA office, Monday through Friday. The role may also require schedule flexibility to support collaboration with HYH's Korea headquarters across time zones.Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.In accordance with California law (SB 1162), HYH America provides pay transparency for all open positions.
