Job Title: Senior Communications SpecialistJob #: 3401Location: Remote or Hybrid, PSTDuration: 3+ Month contractSenior Communications Consultant, Digital Publishing and Performance, Corporate Communications (P3)As a senior communication consultant on the Digital Publishing and Performance team you will be responsible for creating and distributing digital content across multiple platforms to optimize audience engagement. This role includes ensuring high-quality content production, strategic placement, and alignment with corporate communication goals. The specialist also refines content using performance metrics and supports ongoing strategy improvements under managerial direction.Key Responsibilities Include:Social Ad Deployment Proficiency in setting up and deployment paid social advertising on tools such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads to deliver editorial content to targeted stakeholder audiences. Data Analysis and Performance Optimization: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Quantum Metrics, Meta Ads, Sprinklr) to measure content performance and user engagement. Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize content and digital campaigns. Familiarity with dashboard creation and customization within these platforms. Data Interpretation and Insights: Ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights that inform content and digital strategy. Skill in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital publishing and content performance, such as page views, bounce rates, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), engagement metrics, and time on page. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation methods to test different versions of content or digital assets. Data Visualization: Ability to create clear and compelling data visualizations. Skills in presenting data in a way that is easily understandable for stakeholders. Understanding of User Behavior Analytics: Familiarity with tools and techniques for analyzing user behavior on websites and digital platforms, such as heatmaps, user flow, and session recordings. Competitor and Benchmark Analysis: Skills in conducting competitor analysis and benchmarking digital performance against industry standards or competitors. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative ideas for content and digital strategies. Experience in developing engaging visual and written content that captures attention and drives engagement. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
