The territory includes a strong database of accounts and a high potential for revenue growth.You’ll work closely with customers to understand their hose and fitting needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.🧰 Required Skills & Experience5+ years of sales experience in hydraulic hose, fluid power or related industrial productsStrong knowledge of hose applications, fittings, and industrial environmentsExperience working with industrial, construction, or maintenance customersExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based roleBilingual: English & Spanish requiredCompensation & BenefitsBase salary $65K–$75K + uncapped commissionCar allowance, company-provided tools and full benefitsAdditional bonus incentives available.
