Office Cleaning/Float-Fill-In Cleaner-PART TIME-EVENINGS

D e pendable person needed to fill evening Cleaning/Float position in office buildings located on the westside of Cleveland/Cuyahoga county areas including but not limited to Independence, Old Brooklyn, Parma, Lakewood, Tremont, Rocky River, Westlake, Berea, Brookpark, Strongsville, North Olmsted, North Royalton, Brecksville, North Ridgeville, Avon, Avon Lake, Valley View, Fairview Park, etc. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO ALL OF THESE LOCATIONS. Must be available to start immediately after passing criminal background check This is a Float position responsible for cleaning open sections in various accounts/buildings. Your hours will vary between 3-6 hours nightly (16-25 hours per week). Position is 5 Days a Week: Monday-Friday- after 5pm with rotating weekends(You MUST be available to work every other weekend to be considered for this position). You must be available to work until midnight and on weekends if necessary The starting pay rate is $13-$14.00 per hour. You will also receive a $50.00 gas card monthly. You must have a valid drivers license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation to be considered for this position. Your daily work assignments/ locations will vary so you must be able to travel to various accounts on a nightly basis. *M ust be mature and dependable-excellent attendance required for this position Re quirements: 1) . Criminal Background check required 2) . Reliable Transportation 3) . Valid Drivers License and clean driving record 4) . Prior Housekeeping experience/ commercial cleaning experience preferred 5) .
