This is not a role for someone who needs step-by-step direction. This is a role for someone who sees a problem, designs a solution, executes it, automates it, measures it, and improves it , with AI as a core operating layer.You will own acquisition, attribution, activation, lifecycle, and optimization across both sides of our marketplace:BrandsInfluencers / CreatorsYou’ll work closely with the CEO and product team, with real ownership, autonomy, and impact.Your SkillsetDefine and own the cross-channel growth strategy across the entire user journey, from awareness to referralLead GTM strategy for a new product in close partnership with the Marketing Director and cross-functional leadersIdentify, prioritize, and execute high-impact experiments that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenuePartner closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to align growth initiatives with the product roadmap and company prioritiesDevelop scalable frameworks for rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration across channels and lifecycle stagesManage and optimize all growth channels: paid, organic, lifecycle, product-led, community, partnerships, and emerging platformsBuild and scale growth loops that leverage product features, user behavior, and network effects to compound impact over timeDesign and execute full-funnel campaigns that unify creative, data, and product insightsExperiment with unconventional growth levers (AI-driven personalization, creator co-creation, viral referral mechanics, UGC amplification, gamified experiences, and more)Explore underutilized or emerging platforms for guerrilla-style growth and new demand pocketsUse AI tools to accelerate experimentation, content generation, segmentation, personalization, and operational efficiency; build automated workflows that increase output quality and reduce execution timeCollaborate with product teams to integrate AI-driven growth features directly into the product experienceAnalyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks, and translate insights into clear action plansCreate dashboards and reporting structures that align stakeholders around growth KPIs and experiment resultsYou’re The Type WhoHas experience in growth, product growth, or growth marketing within tech or digital-first companies, with a proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel growth enginesUnderstands product-led growth, user psychology, and lifecycle frameworks, and knows how to turn them into practical playbooksIs highly fluent with AI tools (prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI-assisted content generation, data augmentation, etc.) and excited to push what’s possible with themIs deeply analytical, comfortable running structured experiments, and confident interpreting complex datasets to drive decisionsIs a creative problem-solver who loves innovative, non-traditional approaches and isn’t afraid to test bold ideasCommunicates clearly, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and can bring stakeholders along on the growth visionHas experience in marketplaces, social platforms, or creator/influencer ecosystems, and familiarity with modern growth stacks (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Looker, etc.)What Success Looks Like In This RoleAccelerated user acquisition with measurable ROIImproved activation, retention, and monetization metrics across the funnelRepeatable experimentation frameworks adopted across the organizationStrong alignment between product and growth initiativesBreakthrough “non-traditional” strategies that differentiate the brand and drive outsized resultsWhat We Offer Competitive equity in a venture-backed company shaping the future of music influencer marketing Access to elite tools, AI copilots, and a team that builds daily at top speed Remote flexibility + health benefitsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
