Sales Manager
Arnie Bauer Chevy GMC is looking for a driven, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our day-to-day sales operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with us as we prepare to move into a much larger, state-of-the-art facility in the near future. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive traffic to our showroom, and be ready to roll up their sleeves to lead by example.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of daily vehicle sales operationsManage, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goalsHandle F&I responsibilities, including presenting financing options and securing dealsMake outbound sales and follow-up calls to drive showroom traffic and customer engagementDevelop and implement sales strategies to overcome market-specific challengesMaintain a strong presence on the floor to support the team and interact with customersWork closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceMonitor performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed to improve resultsQualifications:Prior experience in automotive sales managementStrong background in Finance & Insurance (F&I)Proven ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsWillingness to make phone calls and take initiative dailyStrong understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM systemsHigh energy, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changeWhy Arnie Bauer Chevy GMC?We’re a dealership in transition—growing rapidly and preparing to move into a much larger facility.
