Telecom - Foreman

*About the Role:* We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Foreman to lead our tower technician crews in Salem, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wireless telecommunications, with a proven track record of successfully managing site builds and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This role demands a leader who can effectively coordinate crew activities, interpret construction documents, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. *Responsibilities:* * Lead and supervise tower technician crews on site. * Oversee site builds according to construction drawings * Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations. * Coordinate material procurement and utilization. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and crew activities. * Communicate effectively with project managers and clients. * Ensure all work is completed to carrier standards. *Qualifications:* * Minimum 3 years of wireless telecommunications experience. * Minimum 1 year of foreman experience. * Strong working knowledge of cell carrier systems and equipment (T-Mobile experience preferred). * Ability to interpret construction drawings * Proven ability to manage and motivate crews. * Valid Driver’s License. * Required Certifications: * OSHA 30 Certification. * RF Awareness Certification. * CPR/First Aid Certification. *Compensation and Benefits:* * Pay: From $35 - $40.00 per hour.
