MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability function for a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and developing a strong team of maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED - NO SPONSORKey ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors in a 24/7 manufacturing environmentOversee preventive and predictive maintenance programsDrive initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliabilityManage maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order systems (CMMS)Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesSupport automation, PLC, and packaging equipment troubleshootingManage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationshipsPartner with operations to support production goals and continuous improve Qualifications5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food, beverage, or packaging manufacturingExperience leading maintenance teams in high-speed production environmentsStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability, and CMMS systemsFamiliarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated production linesStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systemsProven ability to lead teams and improve plant reliability
