Human Resources Generalist

Job DescriptionThe HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is one of the leading HVAC manufacturers and creators of modular chiller systems. We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team!We offer competitive wages and a great benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401k match, paid holidays, and paid vacation.Responsibilities:Assist in the management of payroll and benefits on a weekly basis.Interpret and explain policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.Assist in the hiring of employees and process hiring-related paperwork.Assist in preparing and maintaining employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.Review employment applications, set up interviews with selected candidates, assist with interviews, and communicate with management making hire recommendations and to appropriately place candidates in open positions.Schedule and conduct new employee orientation/onboarding.Perform searches for qualified candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media advertisement, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.Assist in maintaining and updating human resource documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluations forms.Perform safety & OSHA reporting.Assist with staff development to improve skills, knowledge, and attitudes of employees.Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skills (written and oral)Patience and ability to manage stressProblem-solving skillsAbility to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionMultistack, LLC is a HVAC manufacturerMultistack, LLC is a HVAC manufacturer
