Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead Jennmar Services is currently seeking a Maintenance Crew Team Lead for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, PA area. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits available.Description of Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead:Working and maintaining all prep plant machinery as necessary.Welding and torching when needed.General labor & maintenance work where needed.Oversee team functions and enforce safety standards.Report any accidents/injuries/near misses/absences/resignations to the leadership team.Schedule of Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead:Day shift 7:00 am - 5 pm 4 on 3 off (10-hour shift)Night shift 9:00pm - 7:00am (10-hour shift)Overtime availableBenefits of Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead:Paid vacationPaid holidayHealthcare, vision, dental401k with matching after 6 monthsJob requirements of Maintenance/Welder Crew Team Lead:Previous maintenance experience requiredPrevious welding experience requiredPrevious supervisor/lead experience preferredMSHA Surface Training (will be provided)Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays required.Ability to pass background check, drug & alcohol testing and hair follicle test required.Basic hand tool experiencePPE required but not provided:Hard hatReflective vest/shirtMetatarsal boots
