This role serves as a strategic HR partner supporting both manufacturing and corporate teams. The HRBP works closely with leadership to drive HR initiatives that improve business performance, employee experience, and key HR metrics, while also acting as a change agent within the organization. This is a hands-on, strategic HR role focused on partnering with leadership, improving employee relations and performance, and driving organizational effectiveness across both plant and office settings.RESPONSIBILITIESAdvising and coaching leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational decisionsInvestigating and resolving complex workplace issuesManaging workforce planning (headcount gaps, turnover analysis) and partnering on solutionsSupporting performance processes such as evaluations, corrective actions, and goal settingInterpreting and improving HR policies, practices, and proceduresDriving engagement and culture initiatives based on employee feedback and trendsTraining supervisors and supporting HR program implementationMaintaining a strong presence on the production floor to build relationships and understand operationsEnsuring compliance with employment laws and workplace standards REQUIREMENTSBachelors Degree or equivalent experienceHR certification preferredStrong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with HR systems and Microsoft OfficeHigh level of confidentiality and integrityBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
