The role involves leading systems engineering efforts, performing system design and troubleshooting, providing technical support, and ensuring successful system integration and functionality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient engineering solutions is essential. The Senior System Engineer will also contribute to guiding operational excellence and driving innovative approaches to complex challenges.QualificationsProficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design for creating, implementing, and maintaining efficient solutions.Proficiency in AFSIM, CAMEO or SIMLStrong capabilities in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve complex issues effectively.Experience in System Administration to maintain and optimize system performance and security.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting and adapt to complex environments.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.Experience with defense or government projects is a plus.Security clearance eligibility may be required.Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
