This role ensures regional compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with the organization’s global Total Rewards strategy. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with regional benefits knowledge and vendor management skills.Benefits And Leaves AdministrationManage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave/time off, and wellness programs for Brazil, Canada, and the United StatesEnsure accurate enrollment, eligibility, and life event processingPartner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and improve service deliverySupport annual open enrollment planning, execution, and communicationsMaintain documentation of processes, controls, and plan detailsUtilize AI and other tools to build efficiencies into the administration of benefitsHCM Systems & Data ManagementServe as the functional expert for benefits within the HCM system (Workday)Maintain benefits modules, including plan setup, eligibility rules, and ratesAudit and validate benefits data to ensure accuracy across systems and vendorsLead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations related to benefitsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and finance in partnership with our HCM teamEmployee Support & CommunicationAct as a subject matter expert for employee benefits inquiriesDevelop clear communications and educational materialsPartner with the People & Culture team and cross functional partners to enhance the employee experienceSupport employees with all leave and time off requests for the AmericasRequirements3+ years of experience administering benefits programs and leave of absences in a multinational organizationExperience working with HRIS and leave management systems, Workday strongly preferredKnowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits; experience with Brazil and Canada benefits preferredIn-depth knowledge of statutory and/or US state leave regulationsWillingness to support benefits globally, if neededCompensationAlteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.The base salary range for this role in the United States is $80,000 - $101,500.
