In this role, you'll partner with some of the nation's largest grocery, retail, big-box, and banking clients, overseeing remodels and renovations from preconstruction through closeout.This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. You'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest level of client satisfaction.What You'll DoManage retail and commercial remodel projects up to $3MBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teamsDevelop project estimates, schedules, and scopes of workLead superintendents, subcontractors, and project staff through successful project executionMonitor budgets, schedules, and project performanceEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standardsCommunicate project progress and expectations with clients and internal stakeholdersTravel to project sites as neededWhat We're Looking For5+ years of construction project management experience preferredExperience managing retail construction projects up to $3MExperience leading open-store remodel projectsStrong estimating, scheduling, contract-writing, and negotiation skillsAbility to read and interpret plans and specificationsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesComprehensive knowledge of the commercial construction processCompensation & Benefits💰 Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 annuallyBenefits include:401(k)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffProfessional Development AssistanceEmployee Referral ProgramReady to Join Us?
