Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Alarm Technician based in Riverside, CA. The Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm systems and low voltage equipment. Additionally, responsibilities include performing regular system checks, ensuring compliance with life safety standards, and providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients. The role requires technical expertise combined with a commitment to quality and dependability. Qualifications Proficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and experience working with low voltage systems and componentsStrong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyKnowledge of Alarm Systems and Life Safety protocols to ensure proper installation and complianceExcellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clientsFamiliarity with safety regulations and codes applicable to security systemsAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environmentRelevant certifications in alarm systems or low voltage work are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or related field is advantageous
