Role Description This is a full-time Service Technician role based in New Iberia, LA, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, working on-site in field service roles, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires proper documentation of work and adherence to safety and operational standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Field Service operations.Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving.Customer Service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.Ability to perform routine Maintenance and repair tasks independently.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to industry standards.Willingness to travel for on-site field service work as needed.High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.Experience in mechanical or industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
