The team is collaborative, values-driven, and looking for someone who wants a long-term home where they can make a meaningful impact!Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing web applications across the full stack Build and enhance user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworksDevelop backend services and APIs using C#/.NET Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutionsParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessionsLeverage AI tools to improve development efficiency, debugging, and code qualityWrite and maintain automated tests; troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issuesContribute to CI/CD processes and support production deploymentsMentor junior developers and promote best practices across the teamEngage with stakeholders or clients as needed to understand requirements and deliver solutionsRequired Qualifications & Experience:7+ years of professional software development experience5+ years building and implementing web-based or SaaS applications at scaleStrong proficiency in C#/.NET (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core)Solid front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Angular strongly preferred)Experience working across the full stack (UI through backend services and databases)Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systemsExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar)Proficiency with Git and modern development workflowsHands-on experience using AI tools in development (code generation, testing, debugging, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutionsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceNice to Have Skills & Experience:Angular or modern front-end frameworksAWS or cloud experienceExposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) or LLMsPerks & Benefits:Competitive compensation + 401k + full health benefitsFlexible schedule within a hybrid environmentMission-driven, collaborative team cultureIf you are interested in learning more about the Senior Software Developer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
