As a Senior Project Construction Scheduler , you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client's ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located at our client on-site field office at the Memphis International Airport.Key Responsibilities Interfaces with various teams within the organization to develop a detailed integrated master program schedule for capital improvement projects and monitor project performanceCreates and maintains the integrated master program schedule for design, procurement and construction scope performed for capital improvement projectsParticipate in developing and maintaining fully integrated resource loaded schedules using standard project management scheduling and earned value methodologyParticipate in maintaining and developing time-phased budgets, work schedules, work breakdown structures, project codes, calendars, contract processing, new project setup and cost account plansOperate software applications based on business/system requirements, primary focus will be on Oracle Primavera P6Interface with the project's technical staff, financial staff, project managers and the functional managers on aspects of scheduling, cost estimating, risk and earned value analysisParticipate in monitoring the efforts of consultants and contractorsMonitor status of project schedules and ensure information is accurate across city systemsReview progress updates to AMS (Asset Management System) and updates P6 schedule accordinglyDevelop project resource needs as aligned with resource needs identified in the Basis of Estimates (BOE)Maintain configuration management on project documents including schedules, change control, management plans and work authorization documentsPerform variance analysis, baseline changes and corrective actionsReview contract time extensions and maintain the changes in the systemDevelop presentations pertaining to the project schedules, resources and project performanceSupport project team in developing, implementing and maintaining project controls systemsGather, validate and analyze project monthly performance dataProcess Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) updatesDevelopment, review, and update of supporting project documentationMaintain resource loading in P6 for timesheet systemOn an ongoing basis, develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource loading schedule activitiesGenerate resource projection curves and cost forecasts based on the resource-loaded schedulesConduct schedule update sessions and update schedules in a timely fashionDevelop relationships with project stakeholders for communication of overall project plan and to support project performance while promoting value of schedulingRequired Qualifications B.S degree in Construction Management or related field10-15 years of experience in scheduling as a project control specialistExperience performing on-site work including renovation of major components within an airport terminal such as baggage handling, pedestrian tunnel, perimeter roadway and ticket countersKnowledgeable about multi-phase, multi-discipline and facilities renovations or expansionsUnderstand the difference between and manage baseline, working, and forecast schedulesHave at least five years of advanced experience using Oracle Primavera P6Working knowledge using Oracle Primavera Cloud in a construction environmentProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCollaborator mindset and the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal formsHave great organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications Project Management Institute (PMP) CertificationProject Management Institute PMI-SP CertificationExperience in an aviation project environmentBenefits Health, dental, and vision insurance.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and moreWe offer Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans401K, Maternity Leave, Competitive PTOSponsorship is not available for this opportunity.Ardmore Roderick is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
