Must be able to translate Quality management requirements from client in to clear, actionable roadmapExperience with QMS in food/regulated manufacturingStrong preference for SAP QM knowledge to understand what may be available with our existing ERP solutionStrong facilitator who can bring clarity across diverse stakeholdersAble to connect business needs to system capabilities (SAP, LIMS, etc.)Roles & ResponsibilitiesAlign stakeholders on priority use cases (e.g., environmental monitoring/swab testing, non-conformance, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, LIMS)Assess current processes, systems, and data flows supporting quality activitiesDefine a practical set of required capabilities (what we actually need vs. nice-to-have)Evaluate how these capabilities fit within our existing tech landscape (vs. introducing new tools)Recommend a phased roadmap with clear priorities and next stepsKey Deliverable:Clear definition of QMS scope + capability model + tactical roadmap for execution
