Team membersfrom all departments will focus on carrying out the EmberHope mission,vision, and values!To be a successful Relative Support Worker you must become able to dothe following always:** Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportiveenvironment for families served through knowledge, sensitivity,respect and a focus on resilience and recovery. Provide support for, advocacy for and supervision of non-licensedrelative and Non-Related Kin (NRKIN) homes. Serve as a liaison between the family and community when organizingand accessing community services and information for kinshipfamilies according to their unique needs. Maintain timely documentation in company electronic health recordaccording to Kinship expectations. Complete required assessments andplans required for the home. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to theCompanys Program Practice Guidelines.
