MicroAI supports industrial manufacturing, telecom, and data center teams with a simpler way to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize mission-critical systems.Role Description The Project Support Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of MicroAI solutions for customers. This role collaborates with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to track project status, document requirements, and assist with implementation activities. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support for deployed solutions, troubleshooting configuration or integration issues, and analyzing system performance data to identify improvements. The Project Support Engineer will prepare project and support documentation, contribute to knowledge bases, and help coordinate communication across internal and external teams.
