Structures Estimator

Overview In this role you will lead the heavy civil preconstruction estimating process to deliver accurate, competitive bids for structural concrete, heavy highway, bridges, and water/wastewater projects. You will collaborate with operations, project management, and subcontractors to define scope, develop costs, and assess risk. The position focuses on improving bid competitiveness through value engineering and data-driven pricing. You will work in a team-driven environment delivering critical infrastructure, with a clear impact on project selection and execution.
