The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, presenting and selling various insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service, explaining policy details, and advising clients on selecting coverage that meets their needs. The representative will be expected to achieve sales targets, manage client portfolios, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.QualificationsProven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsComprehensive knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processesStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsProficiency in Sales techniques and strategiesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in the insurance industry and relevant certifications are a plusA bachelor's degree is preferred
