Preconstruction Submittals and Technical Designer

Summary of action: The Preconstruction Submittals and Technical Designer is responsible for producing clear, accurate shop drawings and assembling professional submittal packages that support both sales and operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in AutoCAD while maintaining consistency and clarity across all project documentation. The primary objective is to generate drawings and submittals that are simple, buildable, and easy to execute in the field. Success in this role means delivering high-quality output quickly, reducing revisions, and improving alignment between preconstruction and operations.
