Electrical Engineer

Job Roles And ResponsibilitiesDesign analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, and embedded electrical circuits.Develop electrical schematics and PCB designs using professional ECAD tools.Select processors, microcontrollers, sensors, power components, connectors, and other electronic devices.Create and maintain bills of materials, electrical drawings, component libraries, and design documentation.Support PCB layout, design reviews, fabrication releases, and manufacturing documentation.Coordinate PCB fabrication, assembly, inspection, and hardware procurement activities.Perform board bring-up, functional testing, troubleshooting, and design verification using laboratory equipment.Analyze and resolve hardware issues through testing, measurements, and design modifications.Develop software, firmware, scripts, or test utilities to verify hardware functionality.Design and evaluate power distribution, voltage regulation, and analog sensor interface circuits.Interpret requirements, perform circuit analysis, and support engineering trade studies.Develop and execute verification and validation test procedures.Prepare technical documentation, review materials, and assembly/test procedures.Support hardware integration activities and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.Qualifications And CertificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional electrical engineering experience with hands-on PCB design.Experience using Altium Designer or a similar ECAD platform for schematic capture and PCB design.Experience designing analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, or embedded electronic circuits.Knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes.Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and digital multimeters.Ability to perform circuit analysis, technical problem-solving, and engineering calculations.Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced experience with Altium Designer, including PCB layout and manufacturing release.Experience with embedded processors, microcontrollers, or FPGA-based designs.Experience developing firmware or software for hardware testing and verification.Programming experience in C, C++, Python, or similar languages.Experience with power electronics, sensor interfaces, and communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, or Ethernet.Experience generating PCB manufacturing documentation and working with fabrication or assembly vendors.Experience in high-reliability industries such as aerospace, defense, medical devices, robotics, or industrial electronics.BenefitsOpportunity to work on advanced hardware development projects.Exposure to the complete product development lifecycle.Collaborative and multidisciplinary engineering environment.Professional growth through hands-on design, testing, and integration activities.Involvement in high-reliability and mission-critical engineering programs.
