Carpenter
Basic Function: Perform all residential carpentry as assigned
Layout including building lines, elevations, wall and partition layout
Formwork for walls, floors, columns, highway structures, precast erection and other
Framing floors, walls, roofs, stairs, heavy timber, structural studs and other
Finish work including panels, finishes, interior and exterior trim, installation of cabinetry, casework, doors, hardware and other
Welding, cutting and grinding
Ceilings system installation
Drywall operation including framing and rocking of walls, soffits, columns, chase walls and other Safety including scaffold systems, walkways, shoring, sheds, weather protection, and care of tools
Equipment and installation of fall protection systems
Own tools
Have truck or vehicle

Experience:
5 years prior residential building maintenance or finish carpentry experience required
