Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pre-acceptance (QU.PM.004)Review project lineup documents/InfoLook for previous similar designsCreate design planDraft project program specificationReview specification with customer (where possible)Draft NC program by operationConduct reviews of NC programMake NC program editsNC Program verification (with simulation, if possible)Install NC programs in machinesInstall tools in machinesTry out NC programReview inspection results. If necessary, troubleshoot / target process.Conduct capability runoffs at Heller and customer locationProduction support activitiesCustomer service supportSupport training activities at Heller and Customer locationsLogistics (ML.PM.005)File latest machine programs from the floor (after machine pre-acceptance)Installation (PR.PM.002)Save & file final NC ProgramsConduct application final acceptance run-offsService (SV.PM.001)Support troubleshooting issues over the phone with customer.Discuss and diagnose issue onsite with customerTrainingTechnical support for customer training activitiesTravel70% of total annual working hours Supervisory Responsibilities:None Process Owner Responsibilities:None. Education and Experience:Minimum 2-year degree.
