Technical Program Engineer - Tesla

Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end program plan and schedule for Terafab, setting milestones and critical path enablers. Analyze change impacts, quantify risks, and develop mitigation strategies across logic, memory, packaging, test, and lithography domains. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to align technical requirements and resource commitments. Drive continuous improvement of processes to maximize compute density and throughput. Communicate progress, issues, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years of program or project management experience in semiconductor or high-technology manufacturing. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
