We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care settings preferred.Demonstrated competency with ADL/IADL assessments, transfer training, and use of adaptive equipment preferred.Clinical documentation experience in electronic health records required.Minimum of 1 year of recent acute or post-acute OT experience preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift: Days.Schedule: 5 days per week.Location HighlightsChicago offers a dynamic urban lifestyle with extensive cultural, recreational, and transit options.
