Crew Leader Fruit Pack
Description
The Crew Lead is responsible for training, supervision and accuracy of the work being performed by the line staff and for their gift quality and accuracy of the work being performed. Additional responsibilities include training of processes and procedures, assigning personnel to teams and tasks, accurate and timely record keeping, documentation of employee activities and time keeping.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
1-2 years previous work-related experience preferred.
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and the ability to with stand a production environment with exposure to dust, occasional fumes and varying production and cold storage.
Work performed will be in a production environment with possible exposure to food allergens, dust, varying temperatures, loud noise level and occasional fumes and chemicals.
Must be flexible with regard to job assignments as days, hours and support tasks may vary depending on production needs. Weekends and overtime may be required.
Follow Production Safety, Dress Code and Sanitation requirements.
Compliance with company attendance standards.
