A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with experience in insurance defense litigation. Key Responsibilities Draft discovery documents and motions related to insurance defense cases Conduct legal research and attend court hearings Manage daily litigation tasks in No-Fault PIP, automotive negligence, and bodily injury cases Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree and member of the Michigan Bar Association 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation Strong research and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full-time availability with remote or hybrid options
